SueSan Eghbalian, NP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic provider, and founder of Rosewater Aesthetics. With more than 15 years of experience in medicine and over six years dedicated to aesthetic medicine, she brings together clinical expertise, advanced medical knowledge, and a refined artistic perspective to deliver natural, individualized results.
SueSan began her career in pediatric nursing at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan before advancing to C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner, where she specialized in oncology, hematology, and bone marrow transplant. Her passion for education led her to serve as clinical faculty at Wayne State University and as a lecturer at the University of Michigan–Flint, mentoring and training future generations of nurses before transitioning fully into aesthetic medicine.
After several years in the aesthetics industry, SueSan founded Rosewater Aesthetics in 2022 with a clear vision: to create a practice where luxury and medicine exist in equal measure. She recognized a gap within the aesthetic space, where exceptional patient experiences were often prioritized without the same commitment to the standards, safety, and clinical rigor expected of traditional medical practices. Rosewater Aesthetics was built to bridge that divide—offering elevated, personalized care grounded in evidence-based medicine.
Committed to lifelong learning, SueSan has trained alongside leading injectors and industry experts across the country and continues to pursue advanced education in cosmetic and regenerative treatments. She is known for her thoughtful approach, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to creating results that enhance her patients’ natural features while preserving authenticity.

Mackenzie DeCovich, LME
Licensed Medical Esthetician
Mackenzie DeCovich brings a wealth of experience in dermatology and plastic surgery to Rosewater Aesthetics, combining clinical knowledge with a passion for skincare and patient care. She specializes in chemical peels, advanced facials, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments, helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin at every age.
Her favorite service? Chemical peels. She loves how they refresh and rejuvenate the skin, improving texture, tone, and overall radiance. Mackenzie’s most recommended product is SPF, which she considers essential for maintaining long-term skin health and protecting against premature aging.

Courtney Saxton is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of healthcare experience and a passion for aesthetic medicine. She specializes in Botox® injections and regenerative services such as PRF and EZ Gel, helping clients achieve refreshed, natural-looking results with precision and care.
As a mom of three, including twins, Courtney brings warmth, empathy, and patience to every appointment. She understands the importance of confidence and self-care and is dedicated to guiding clients toward personalized, achievable aesthetic goals.
When she’s not at the med spa, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on Michigan State University — Go Green! — and embracing life with her energetic kids.
